Class Schedule
Want to Join us?
Complete 4 Adult classes as a beginner to join as a general member. The first two classes are free! The next two classes are $35. After completing your beginner classes, the general membership fee is only $60 per month.
Adult Class
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 5:30-7:00 PM
Saturday – 9:00-10:30 AM
Children’s Class – $25/month, join anytime
Saturday – 11:00-12:00 AM
Important Information
• Please dress appropriately to exercise. Because it can be cold in the Dojo, we recommend wearing long athletic pants and a long sleeve athletic shirt. A pair of socks is optional. No shoes are allowed in the practice area.
• Please come 15 minutes before class to complete a health and safety waiver.
